What are the cooking instructions for the pies & patties?
Pies: 180°C • 160°C fan • 350°F • Gas mark 4 for 25 minutes (add 10 minutes if cooking from frozen)
Patties: 180°C Oven/160°C Fan/ Gas Mark 4 for 14 minutes (add 10 minutes if cooking from frozen)
Nationwide: Pies will arrive chilled. You must refrigerate consume within 3-days and cannot be refrozen.
Local: Pies will arrive frozen/partially defrosted. You must refrigerate and consume within 3-days or freeze them for consumption at a later date.

Preheat oven 200°C Oven/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Nationwide: Pizza will arrive chilled. You must refrigerate and cannot be refrozen.
Local: Pies will arrive frozen/partially defrosted. You must refrigerate and cannot be refrozen.
What customer safety processes do you have in place for local deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic?
We operate ZERO CONTACT deliveries – our driver will place the delivery on your doorstep, knock on the door and step 2m back, making sure you receive your delivery before they leave. Our drivers are trained in and are implementing NHS cleanliness guides regarding COVID-19. Drivers have stock of antibacterial cleaning materials and change gloves upon every delivery. All cases are sanitised before they leave the depot but we suggest you also carry out your own safety precautions once the delivery is in your possession.
What happens if I order outside your delivery hours for your local delivery service?
Orders placed outside our delivery hours will be rolled over to the next day. Orders placed Sun-Mon will be delivered on Tues.
What happens if I’m not in when my local delivery arrives?
If no one is in, our driver will try and call you. If they can’t get hold of you, they will either leave it in a safe place or come back later. Please leave a note at checkout if you have a preferred safe place or neighbour if you know you’re not going to be in.
What happens if I’m outside your local delivery area?
Drop us a line before you place an order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if we can deliver to you.

Do you do NHS discount?
We offer a 10% discount for NHS staff. Please use code "NHSDISCOUNT" at checkout and have your NHS ID ready to show the driver upon delivery (or use your NHS email address when placing your order for nationwide).
